faulty air conditioningdisorganized breakfast
I had a few issues . first, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, it was quite warm. secondly, the breakfast service was disorganized. Items were often missing and the staff seemed overwhelmed. it was difficult to get a simple cup of coffee, it made mornings stressful! the bathroom was also a bit dated. The shower pressure was weak.

The room was massive, and I really loved the effective aircon! The beds felt very comfortable, and the room had lots of facilities. I didn't try any food, I was visiting family but I will definitely return. I will have an evening meal here then.

This hotel is near the local train station. It made transport throughout the city easy. I found it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. I'm super pleased with the location.

the room was clean and the breakfast was included, convenient.
i found a couple of issues . the stairs were quite steep, so it was a bit difficult carrying my luggage up to the room. also, the room overlooked a busy road junction, and the noise overnight made it hard to sleep (i really needed a good rest).

The staff were helpful and polite. The room had good facilities.
I had trouble sleeping because of noise from the street. The pillows were very uncomfortable. They actually had lumps inside. I found it difficult to relax fully.

The check-in process was smooth. the staff explained all the amenities. the room was indeed clean, and i found the bed particularly comfortable. the provided toiletries and tea and coffee were a nice touch. I appreciated them.
the room faced a busy street, and i noticed some traffic noise during peak hours. it was a minor inconvenience overall.

The superior double room included a firm mattress and crisp linens. I slept soundly. a spacious wardrobe with hangers offered ample storage, and i found the lighting to be adequate for reading. blackout curtains ensured a dark room.

The hotel is close to transport links. I noticed bus stops right outside the hotel. several restaurants and shops are within a short walk. the convenience of the location was obvious. I reached attractions quickly.
